Generali PanEurope Limited is located in Ireland where it was established in 1999. The Company is authorised by the Irish Financial Regulator to transact cross-border life assurance business in the European Union. From modest beginnings, Generali PanEurope has become a provider of sophisticated and powerful wealth management solutions to its European audience and, more recently, has also offered group employee benefit solutions to domestic as well as multi-national clients.

The Company currently operates through a network of recognised and regulated intermediaries in a range of EU countries including Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Italy. In addition the Company also works in close partnership with a number of large financial organisations such as Commerzbank, in Germany and BSI in Italy to provide customised products to their clients.

Generali PanEurope's strategy is to market products into the EU on a Freedom of Services basis. The Company offers tailored, flexible and innovative insurance and investments products predominantly to high net worth investors. It is also involved in Group Risk business.
